I guess no one really wants to think about dying! ‘Putting one’s affairs in order’ is not a pleasant thought, but you know that if you don’t sort things out in advance, you stand a very good chance that ‘the state’ and ‘care fees’ might deprive you of your greatest wish.
You’ve worked all your life, and if you’re lucky, like we have been, you may just have a home and some money in the bank to show for all that toil. I’m sure the majority of you are like us and want to protect your assets (as best you can) to enable them to be passed on to your children.

This is where Graham Hinitt at Matrix Estate Planning comes in. We ‘shopped around’ as you do, listening to at least six other businesses ‘plying their wares’. But immediately after speaking to Graham by phone, I said to my wife, ‘he’s our man!’
He was calm and assured, every word and sentence precise and knowledgeable. No BS, just straight talking no nonsense. There was simply no question he couldn’t answer with clarity and professionalism.
Graham and his wife visited us at our home to give us further detail and opinion. His explanations were a perfect fit for our needs. Even at this point, there was always an emphasis on the visit being completely without obligation.
So that is recent history, and retrospectively, all I can say is that I cannot recommend Graham and Matrix Estate Planning highly enough. Not only that, but they were by far the most competitively priced for their services.

We had Graham sort out our Mirrored Wills, Protective Property Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. These were all drafted and sent to us several times for approval before final copy and signing, which again was done in person on Graham’s second visit.
So I hope all that came across well, as I intended. Graham and his team deserve high plaudits indeed.
